The bus uses a new module construction, which consists in dividing the bus into functional modules, with length of approximately 1 meter, the front and back together with the modules of both axles have a permanent character, while the change of the length can be achieved by mounting a bigger or smaller amount of middle modules. A1213C EUROLIDER bus, with the length of 13,2, is devoted for the service of intercity passenger movement, it has 59 seats and 36 standing rooms. The Cummins ISBe5 300 EURO 5 engine has been used in the bus, the power of which is 221 kW, together with Allison T350R automatic gearbox with a retarder.
The beginning of the EUROLIDER bus production is planned for the first half-year of 2009.
The new family of EUROLIDER buses is to include vehicles of different lengths:
EUROLIDER A10C – 43 seats and 22 standing rooms, length 9,7m,
EUROLIDER A12C – 55 seats oraz 33 standing rooms, 12,3 m,
EUROLIDER A12 – lifted, intercity, long-distance, 47 seats, 12,3 m,
EUROLIDER A13C – 59 seats and 36 standing rooms, 13,2 m,
EUROLIDER A13CLE – intercity, low entrance, 59 seats and 36 standing rooms, 13,2 m.
